It features 2,000 sq. ft. of versatile space with a comfortable capacity of 100 people, soaring 11 ft ceiling,
a well stocked kitchenette, premium audio-visual equipment, a museum quality art collection, designer furniture and more.

Movable walls and adjustable gallery lighting allow to customize the space for multiple events: corporate mixers, activations, art, film and fashion projects. Ground-floor double doors provide seamless, level entry for guests and hassle-free loading for event setups. Unlike many alternative spaces, there are
no add-on fees or extra charges. Outside caterers and suppliers are allowed.
